The Wild Daisy has a three night minimum stay. The cost for all three nights together is $1750 plus applicable taxes(2.9% State Tax & 2% Gilpin County Lodging Tax). Any additional nights will be billed at a rate of $300 per night. Your total bill will need to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay in full 60 days prior to your stay will result in forfeiting your deposit and losing your reservation.
Deposit
An initial deposit of $300 is required to hold a reservation, this $300 will be applied toward the reservation total. The balance of the reservation must be paid in full 60 prior to your stay. Failure to make timely payment in full will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.
Missing Items/Damages
Inventory is taken before and after each stay. Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, checkout assessments and/or charges for additional cleaning. These additional fees, if any, will be applied to the guest’s credit card on record.
Payment
Payment for your stay is due in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made using money order, personal check, cashier’s check or credit card. Starting January 1, 2022 we will no longer accept credit cards. Once your reservation is made, you will receive a welcome packet detailing where to send payment. Your welcome packet will also contain the short term lease agreement, you will need to sign and return the last page with your payment.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $300 deposit. Additional money paid will be refunded only if the reservation date can be re-booked.
Yearly Bookings
If you would like to make your retreat a yearly event, you can get on our repeat booking list. Just email us to let us know which dates you would like us to hold for you. We will email you prior to your dates becoming available for general booking to see if you would like us to hold your spot. The normal $300 security deposit will be required to complete your booking.
