Any additional nights will be billed at a rate of $300 per night. Your total bill will need to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay in full 60 days prior to your stay will result in forfeiting your deposit and losing your reservation.

An initial deposit of $300 is required to hold a reservation, this $300 will be applied toward the reservation total. The balance of the reservation must be paid in full 60 prior to your stay. Failure to make timely payment in full will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.
Missing Items/Damages
Inventory is taken before and after each stay. Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, checkout assessments and/or charges for additional cleaning. These additional fees, if any, will be applied to the guest’s credit card on record.

Payment for your stay is due in full 60 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made using money order, personal check, cashier’s check or credit card. As of January 1, 2022 we will no longer accept credit cards. Once your reservation is made, you will receive a welcome packet detailing where to send payment. Your welcome packet will also contain the short term lease agreement, you will need to sign and return the last page with your payment.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $300 deposit. Additional money paid will be refunded only if the reservation date can be re-booked.
Smoking on the Property
We have a strict no smoking on the property policy. Due to high fire danger in the area, we recommend that if you smoke you do so only in your car and extinguish all ashes inside your vehicle.
Pets
We know everyone loves their pets and we love ours too. That said, we ask that you leave yours at home. We do not allow pets at the Wild Daisy.
Limited Retreaters
The house has a septic system and is on a natural well for the water supply. We are limited to the number of overnight guests we can accommodate. The wear and tear, especially on the septic system, could be devastating. With prior approval, exceptions may be made for day guests.
Parking
Follow the parking map you received in your welcome packet. The easement across the front of the property can never be blocked. You may park one car in the garage. Please park only on the paved driveway. There is no parking allowed on any grass surface. Please see parking map for details.
